WELCOME TO GARBER CHURCH
Garber Methodist Church is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome.
We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory. Join us for our Sunday services, 8am in the Sanctuary or 11am in Morris Hall.

Just like we visit the doctor for our annual check up, Garber Church is committed to helping anyone who feels led to have Spiritual Wellness Check this Spring.
When you click the blue button you will find 7 questions for you to consider and answer. Once you have prayerfully completed these questions, a member of our Spiritual Wellness Check team will contact you to schedule a 45 minute meeting to discuss your faith walk and how we can help you as your grow as a follower of Christ.

3rd annual Walk for water

Join Garber Church for the 3rd Annual WALK FOR WATER in the New Bern area on Sunday, April 26 at 2pm at Union Point Park.
Walk for Water is a unique event where we can walk in the shoes of our global neighbors as you raise awareness and funds to fight the global water crisis. When we WALK FOR WATER, we are supporting the establishment of clean water systems for our brothers & sisters in need around the world. In addition to clean water, the LIVING WATER is shared in these communities as well.

MISSION AND A MEAL: Hearts with Haiti
Garber Church has been a mission partner with Hearts with Haiti for nearly two decades. In the 2000s and 2010's we were able to send teams to Haiti to support the St. Joseph's Home and the LST School. Because of political unrest, it has been since 2019 that we have been able to send mission teams to Haiti.
Emily Everette, the Hearts with Haiti Executive Director, will be visiting Garber on March 25 to give updates on our friends in Haiti and the good work that God continues to do through this ministry.
