Wednesday Workers
Garber has a unique ministry which uses the gifts and talents of our members to do small handyman projects
which help maintain our physical church. If you’re looking for a place to serve and would enjoy the fellowship of others, please consider dedicating a few hours each week to the Wednesday Workers ministry at Garber.
MEETS - Wednesdays at 8:30am in Room 123
Prayer Shawl Ministry
Not Meeting at this Time--Check Back for Updates
Gather to knit prayer shawls, lap blankets, and baby blankets.
These are presented to members of the church and community who are sick,
shut-in or families of new born babies.
Soup for Seniors
Usually in the fall, a group gets together, makes soups, stores them in quart containers,
and puts in the freezer to be taken to shut-ins and senior congregational members
who are sick as a way of sharing our care.
Caring with Casseroles
In the Spring of each year, the senior group will make casseroles in small 2-4 serving containers to be taken to shut-ins and sick congregational members to extend out God's love to them with a meal.
Please contact Sue Webb, Senior Ministries Coordinator to get more information
or make reservations for any of the MOSAIC activities.
