God has opened the door for Garber Church to prayerfully seek a new Pastor of Discipleship and Family Ministries.

The Pastor of Discipleship and Family Ministries is responsible for developing, leading, evaluating and

overseeing all spiritual formation and discipleship ministries. This person has a passion for the Word of

God and desire to proclaim the Word of God with conviction and confidence, always moving the

congregation toward taking consistent spiritual steps. They will live out the Great Commission by

sharing the gospel boldly, by being in the community, and through one-on-one relationships

(1 Thes.2:8). They will focus on how they can faithfully engage, empower, and equip others

for ministry as they are led by the Lord.
