Children's Ministry at Garber Church

KIDS, WE WANT TO GO ON AN AMAZING JOURNEY THROUGH YOUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL YEARS AND EXPLORE GOD, HIS CREATION, HIS LOVE FOR US, AND HOW HE WANTS US TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER!

THERE ARE SO MANY WAYS FOR KIDS TO GROW IN THEIR FAITH AT GARBER CHURCH AND IT WOULD BE A PRIVILEGE TO WALK ALONGSIDE THEM ON THEIR FAITH JOURNEYS! OUR CHILDREN'S MINISTRY Director, Emma Tanner, WOULD BE BLESSED TO CONNECT WITH YOU, AS YOU EXPLORE ALL THAT GARBER CHURCH HAS TO OFFER OUR CHILDREN.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Our Children's Hall opens for Sunday School at 9:15am for check-in. After checking in, children will find their classrooms and experience the nurture and love of God through our teachers and curriculum.

Parents will have pick-up locations options, beginning at 10:30 am.

Recharge

Recharge is our mid-week ministry for children Pre-K through 5th Grade.
Kids will have the opportunity to learn through Bible exploration, songs and crafts!

Join us from 5:15-7:00, dinner is provided!

NURSERY

No child is too small or too young to experience the love of Christ! Our nursery is open each Sunday from
7:45am-12:15pm in the Sanctuary Breezeway.  

Come have fun with all of our little friends
and our dedicated Nursery Worker staff.

Welcome to Garber, we're so excited to come alongside you! Know that I have prayed for this moment diligently, that I would get to work with and impact children in their walk with Christ. I've worked in the kid's ministry setting for years and I cannot wait to get to know you and your family!

Kids in christ:
Upcoming events

I. Trent Woods Christmas Parade: December 7th at 2pm
- Kids in Christ will have a float in the parade, we hope to see you there!
- Garber Church will also have a stand on the property for hot chocolate and goodies

II. Kids in Christ Christmas Pageant: December 17th
- Rehearsals will be December 3rd (Sanctuary), December 10th (Morris Hall), and December 15th (Morris Hall)
- The night of the pageant we invite families to come for a fellowship event with dinner provided

III. Happy Birthday Jesus! : December 20th from 10am-12pm
- Kids in Christ will be having a birthday party to celebrate the birth of Jesus
- We will have games, cake, goodie bags, and more!
- This event is designed for parents to drop-off their children and get some last minute Christmas shopping completed

SUMMER PROGRAMS

Vacation Bible School is offered for kiddos Pre-K through 5th grade.

Adventure Camp is offered for students who have completed 5th grade.

SAFE SANCTUARY

Your children's safety is our top priority here at Garber.
We strive to be proactive against any potentially harmful situation rather than reactive to a problem.

All children who regularly participate in activities should have a child safety form on file with the church. This form allows us to keep up to date with allergies and medications; new forms are requested yearly.
